Board Members, RVEOA Homeowners & Tenants, please register for a new account (click the 'Create one' link below the login area). You should also fill out the RVEOA member form. A link will be emailed to you after you register. There is also a link to the form after you confirm your account.
So this is what will happen Someone registers, they will have access as a registered user to whatever content we allow to all registered users A homeowner/tenant fills out the RVEOA member form, we verify that the person who filled out the form is really the person they say they are. I add them to the RVEOA members area. RVEOA members will be able to submit news, links, view homeowner contact info and a few other things. The news they submit must be approved before it is put on the website Board Members will be able to submit or edit news and events that will be put on the website without admin approval At this point I have not seperated out homeowners and tenants, as far as the website function goes they are treated as part of the same group. It would require quite a bit of work to do this, so I haven't, maybe something we can do down the road. The events page can be used by all website users, registered or not, but all Add requests must be approved prior to being added to the calendar More news to come |
